NORS VT TRUCKS AND BUSES PORTUGAL S.A., as a benchmark company in the markets and activity sectors in which it operates, defines its Quality and Environment Policy in accordance with the following principles:

• To provide its customers with top quality products and services in order to meet their expectations and agreed requirements;

• It will carry out its activity on the basis of respect for ethical, social and environmental values, and will also aim to satisfy the needs and expectations of its stakeholders;

• Establish measurable quality and environmental objectives that represent a clear commitment to continuous improvement, which will be reviewed annually and will be a challenge for the entire organization;

• To provide our employees with the right resources so that they can improve their skills and carry out their work with motivation, creativity and team spirit;

• Promote a culture of environmental protection and sustainable development, through pollution prevention, adaptation to climate change, reduction of waste production and proper disposal of waste that cannot be avoided, nature conservation and sustainable use of resources;

• Comply with all legal and other requirements to which the organization subscribes, in order to reduce possible negative environmental impacts;

• Communicate correct environmental behaviors to employees through training and information programs, in order to minimize the environmental impacts associated with our activity; 

• Periodically review the quality and environmental management system, as well as the suitability of the quality and environmental policy that supports it, in order to continuously improve its effectiveness, counting on the participation and commitment of all its employees.
